Fall is our busiest yard season. Baltimore City only picks up yard waste on set days and limits how much you can put out, and Baltimore County and Anne Arundel have their own rules and bag limits. When the pile is bigger than the curb allows, or you just want it gone this week, that is where we come in.

For landlords and property managers
We clear overgrown yards, alleys and parking pads at rental properties, haul the debris the same day, and send before-and-after photos when you want them. Pair it with a turnover cleaning or an eviction cleanout so the whole property is ready at once. Recurring lawn cuts at rentals are available too.

- Tell us if branches are still attached or the tree is standing; we haul downed debris but do not do tree removal or climbing

It depends on how much there is, whether it is bagged or loose, and how far it is from the truck. Text photos of the pile and you get a clear price before we drive out.
Do I need to bag the leaves first?
No. We can rake and load loose leaves and brush, or pick up bags you already filled.
Do you remove trees or stumps?
No. We haul branches, limbs and storm debris that are already down, but we do not cut down trees or grind stumps.
Can you pick up storm debris quickly?
Often, yes. Same-day or next-day is often possible when the schedule allows. Text photos early in the day for the best chance.
Do you do yard cleanups at rental properties?
Yes. We clear overgrown yards, alleys and parking pads for landlords and property managers, and can send before-and-after photos.
