2. Get a clear price
We quote from the photos, usually within the hour, before we schedule. You know the price up front.
3. We clean it
We bring the supplies and equipment, clean room by room, and can send photos when we finish if you are not there.
Good to know
- Book a few days ahead of your walkthrough or settlement date when you can. Same-day or next-day is sometimes possible when the schedule allows
- The power and water need to be on for a full cleaning. Let us know if they are off
- A lockbox code or someone to let us in is all we need. You do not have to be there

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring the cleaning supplies and equipment, including the extractor for carpets.
Can you remove furniture and junk before you clean?
Yes. We can haul out anything left behind and then clean the space in the same visit.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many customers give us a lockbox code or leave a key, and we can send photos when the cleaning is done.
Do you do move-in cleanings too?
Yes. We clean empty homes and apartments before you move in, the same way.
