Apartment Cleanouts in Baltimore
Moving out, clearing a relative’s apartment, or turning a unit a tenant left full? Our crew carries everything down the stairs or the elevator, hauls it away and leaves the apartment swept. A cleaning can follow in the same visit.

Stairs, elevators and building rules
Apartments come with their own logistics: third-floor walk-ups, shared hallways, elevators that have to be reserved and loading areas with time limits. Tell us about them when you text photos and we plan the job around them.
- Walk-up rowhome apartments and garden buildings: stairs are part of the job and part of the quote
- Elevator buildings: let us know if the elevator needs to be reserved or padded and what hours movers are allowed
- Loading and parking: tell us where the truck can stop, or if there is a dock or back alley
- Building management needs a certificate of insurance? We can send a COI ahead of time
- We protect hallway corners and floors as we carry things out and sweep up the path when we finish
How an apartment cleanout works
1. Text photos
Send photos or a short video of each room to (443) 442-4646, plus the floor number and whether there is an elevator.
2. Get a clear price
We quote from the photos, usually within the hour, before anyone drives out. Tell us what is staying and we work around it.
3. We clear it and sweep up
We carry everything out, load the truck, haul it away and leave the unit swept and empty. We can send photos when we finish.
Cleanout plus cleaning in one visit
Once the apartment is empty we can clean it the same day: kitchen, bathroom, floors, baseboards and fixtures, plus carpet extraction if needed. That helps with the final walkthrough and gets the unit ready for the next tenant. See move-out cleanings, carpet cleaning or turnover cleanings if you manage rentals. Only a couple of big items? See furniture & mattress removal.
Good to know
- Pull out keys, papers, photos, medications and anything you are keeping before we arrive, or mark keep items clearly
- Check your lease or building rules on move-out hours and elevator use so we can book a time that works
- A lockbox code, a key with the front desk or someone to meet us is all we need. You do not have to stay
- Usable furniture and household goods can be donated where possible instead of thrown away

Common questions
How much does an apartment cleanout cost in Baltimore?
It depends on how much is in the unit, what it is, and access such as stairs, elevators and how far the truck can park. Text photos and you get a clear price before we drive out.
Do you charge extra for stairs or a walk-up?
Stairs and carry distance are part of the quote. Tell us the floor number and whether there is an elevator so the price you get is the price you pay.
Can you work with my building’s elevator and move-out rules?
Yes. Tell us the allowed hours and whether the elevator must be reserved, and we schedule around it. We can also send a certificate of insurance to building management.
Can you clean the apartment after it is cleared out?
Yes. We can haul everything out and then do a move-out cleaning in the same visit, including carpet extraction if needed.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many customers leave a key with the front desk or give us a lockbox code, and we send photos when the job is done.
Do you clean out units for landlords and property managers?
Yes. We clear units left full after move-outs and evictions, then clean them so they are ready to show. Before-and-after photos, COI and W-9 are available on request.
Which areas do you serve?
Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County, MD.
