Can you meet an eviction date?
Tell us the date when you text. We schedule around evictions and court dates as closely as our calendar allows.
Do you clean the unit too?
Yes. Turnover cleaning, deep carpet cleaning and bathtub reglazing are all available, so the unit shows well.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes. We clean common areas and handle hauling for Baltimore rental properties every week. We can follow your work-order and photo requirements.
What happens to the items?
Trash goes to licensed disposal facilities. Usable items can be set aside if you need to hold them.
What areas do you cover?
Baltimore City first, then Baltimore County. We also serve Glen Burnie, Brooklyn Park and Linthicum.
