2. Get a clear price
We reply with a price, usually within the hour, before anyone drives out. Set aside anything the family wants to keep and we’ll work around it.

3. We clear it and sweep up
Furniture, boxes, closets, basement and attic. We carry it all out, load our truck, and leave the space swept and ready for the realtor, the estate sale company or the next owner.

Questions we hear a lot
Can you work with what the family wants to keep?
Yes. Mark the keep items (tape or a list is fine) or have someone on site. We clear around them.
Do you work after an estate sale?
Yes. We come in after the sale company is done and clear whatever didn’t sell, so the house is empty and broom-clean.
How fast can you come?
Often within a few days, and sometimes the same week. Text photos and we’ll give you our next openings along with the price.
Do you need someone to be there?
Not always. Many families give us a lockbox code or meet us at the start. We send photos when we finish.
What areas do you cover?
Baltimore City first, then Baltimore County. We also serve Glen Burnie, Brooklyn Park and Linthicum.
