2. Get a clear price
We quote from the photos, usually within the hour, before we schedule. You know the price up front.
3. We clean the carpet
We bring the extractor and supplies, clean room by room and can send photos when we finish if you are not there.
Good to know
- Carpet is usually damp for several hours after extraction. Open windows or run fans or the AC to help it dry
- Water and power need to be on at the property
- Some old stains, bleach spots and burns are permanent. We will tell you honestly from the photos what is likely to come out
- A lockbox code or someone to let us in is all we need. You do not have to be there

How long does the carpet take to dry?
Usually several hours, depending on the carpet, the weather and airflow. Fans, open windows or the AC help it dry faster.
Do you clean carpeted stairs?
Yes. We clean stairs and landings step by step, which is where a lot of the dirt builds up.
Can you get pet stains and odors out?
We treat pet areas and many stains come out or lighten a lot. Deep urine damage in the pad can be permanent, and we will tell you up front if that looks likely.
Do you do carpet cleaning for rental turnovers?
Yes. Landlords and property managers book us to clean carpets between tenants, often together with the turnover cleaning and any trash-out.
Do I need to be there?
No. A lockbox code or key is fine, and we can send photos when the job is done.
