Who calls us

How we handle a hoarder cleanout

  • A walkthrough or photo review first, so the price and plan are clear before we start
  • We work room by room and set aside anything you tell us to look for: papers, photos, keys, jewelry, cash, medications
  • Keep, donate and haul piles, so nothing you want goes in the truck
  • We keep it low key with the neighbors and never post photos of your home
  • Bigger homes can be split over several days so it is not overwhelming
  • Everything we take is hauled away, with usable items donated where possible

Cleanout plus cleaning

Once the rooms are clear, we can clean in the same job: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, baseboards and fixtures, plus deep carpet extraction where the carpet is worth saving. See house cleaning, carpet cleaning or move-out cleanings. For a single room or space, see basement & garage cleanouts or house cleanouts.

How it works

  1. 1. Text photos

Send photos or a short video of each room to (443) 442-4646, or call and talk it through. A family member can do this for the owner.

  2. 2. Get a clear plan and price

We tell you how many days it should take, what is included and the price before we start.

  3. 3. We clear and clean

Our crew does the lifting, stairs and hauling, then cleans the space so it is livable, rentable or ready to sell.

Good to know

  • Tell us about any safety concerns up front: pests, mold, weak floors, or no power or water
  • We do not handle needles, hazardous chemicals or biohazard cleanup; we will tell you honestly if a job needs a specialist
  • Someone can be on site to make keep-or-go calls, or we can work from a list and send photos
  • Fully insured, COI available on request for landlords and property managers

Common questions

How much does a hoarder cleanout cost in Baltimore?

It depends on how much there is, how many rooms, stairs and access, and whether you want a cleaning after. Text photos or a short video and you get a clear price before we start.

How long does a hoarder cleanout take?

A single room or small apartment can often be done in a day. A full house can take several days, and we can spread the work out so it is easier on the family.

Will you go through things before you throw them out?

Yes. Tell us what to look for, like papers, photos, keys, jewelry or cash, and we set those aside. You can also mark keep items or have someone on site.

Can you clean the home after it is cleared?

Yes. We can clean the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and fixtures, and do carpet extraction, in the same job.

Do you donate usable items?

Where possible, yes. Usable furniture and household goods can be donated instead of thrown away.

Can a family member set this up for someone else?

Yes. Many of our cleanouts are arranged by a son, daughter or other relative. We can work with whoever is handling things.

Which areas do you serve?

Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County, MD.
