Foreclosure & REO Cleanouts in Baltimore

A foreclosed or vacant house usually comes with a full load of what the last owner left behind. Our crew clears it out, hauls everything away and leaves the home broom-clean, with before-and-after photos for your file, so it can be listed, shown or rehabbed.

Photo/video quote, usually within an hour · Same-day when the schedule allows · Fully insured, COI on request

How it works

  1. 1. Send photos or a lockbox code

Text photos to (443) 442-4646, or give us the address and lockbox or key details and we can look at it for you.

  2. 2. Get a clear price

We send a price, usually within the hour from photos, before the work starts. Tell us about anything that must stay in the house.

  3. 3. We clear it and send photos

We empty the house, haul everything away and leave it broom-clean. You get before-and-after photos for your records and the client.

After the trash-out

For realtors, banks and asset managers

We work with lockboxes and vacant properties all the time, so nobody needs to meet us there. We can handle several houses in one week, keep to your photo requirements, and send a certificate of insurance and W-9 for your vendor file. Personal papers, photos or valuables we find get set aside and reported to you instead of hauled.

Good to know

  • We do not take paint, fuel, propane tanks or chemicals. Ask us first if there are any on site
  • Tell us about utilities: no power or water is fine for a trash-out, but helps us plan
  • Let us know about pets, sharps or anything unsafe before the crew goes in
  • Multi-unit or rowhouse with tight parking? Tell us so the quote is accurate

Common questions

How much does a foreclosure cleanout cost in Baltimore?

It depends on how much is in the house, how many floors and rooms there are, and whether there is a basement, garage or yard to clear. Text photos and you get a clear price before the work starts.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. Give us the lockbox code or key details and we will do the job and send photos when it is done.

Do you provide before-and-after photos?

Yes. We send before-and-after photos with every foreclosure cleanout so you have them for the bank, the seller or your records.

What happens to personal papers or valuables you find?

We set them aside and let you know instead of hauling them, so you can decide what to do with them.

Can you clean the house after it is emptied?

Yes. We do move-out cleanings, so the house can go from full to empty to clean with one company.

Can you handle several properties for my company?

Yes. We work with agents, investors and property managers on repeat houses, and a COI and W-9 are available.
