Our crew does the lifting and leaves the space swept and clear.
What affects the price
- How much there is (volume)
- What it is: heavy items, appliances, debris
- Access: stairs, distance to the truck, tight spaces
- For cleanings: size of the space and its condition

- Labor: we do all the lifting and loading
