How a house cleanout works
1. Text photos
Send photos or a short video of each room to (443) 442-4646, or call and walk us through what is there.
2. Get a clear price
We quote from the photos, usually within the hour, before anyone drives out. Tell us what is staying and we work around it.
3. We clear it and sweep up
We go room by room, carry everything out, load our truck, and leave the space swept and empty.
Before we arrive
- Mark anything you are keeping. Tape, sticky notes or a simple list all work, or have someone on site
- Pull out papers, photos, keys, jewelry and medications you want to hold on to
- Tell us about stairs, narrow doorways or tight parking so the quote is accurate
- Let us know how we get in: someone to meet us or a lockbox code
- You do not need to carry anything to the curb. We do the lifting from wherever things are
Cleanout plus cleaning in one visit

Every cleanout is priced from photos or a short video based on how much there is, what it is, and how easy it is to reach. You get the price before we drive out.
Can you clean out just the basement or garage?
Yes. We clear single rooms, basements, attics and garages as well as whole houses.
Can you work around things I am keeping?
Yes. Mark the keep items or have someone on site, and we clear around them.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. Many customers meet us at the start or give us a lockbox code, and we can send photos when we finish.
Can you clean the house after it is cleared out?
Yes. We can haul everything out and then clean the space in the same job.
How soon can you come?
Smaller jobs can sometimes be same-day or next-day when the schedule allows. Text photos and we will give you our next openings along with the price.
